Food is your body’s fuel, and we can be thankful that nature also made it your body’s pleasure. At The BodyHoliday, we constantly strive for the 5-star perfection of a first-class resort, and we see no discrepancy between eating well and eating for wellness.

Providing your body with quality foods is the first step to help it function at its fullest potential. There are no “rules” about what you eat, but we provide you with every opportunity to eat well, including advice from our highly qualified in-house nutritional consultant, who conducts workshops and is available for one-on-one consultations. What you learn in this dialogue may be the most important thing you take away from The BodyHoliday. If you are what you eat (and we believe you are) then taking control of what you eat is a large measure of how you take control of your life.

Having said all this, The BodyHoliday is still about enjoying. At the breakfast buffet, for example, fruit lovers may choose fresh papaya, mango, sour sop, passion fruit, melon, guava, pineapple and grapefruit all grown on our doorstep, and there are many other tasty choices, including local juices, cereals, fish, breads, and a full English breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Pleasure isn’t rationed and it is never in short supply.
