St Lucia is a great playground! From the lush rainforests of the mountains,to the sands of Cariblue Beach, from the heights of the Pitons to the busy streets of Castries - St Lucia has it all.
At The BodyHoliday we have tried to capture everything that our island paradise can offer and we have laid on a variety of activities and sports for you. On top of this we have a fantastic team of instructors to help you learn or improve. They are always at hand to make your time spent all the more enjoyable - nothing will be too much trouble and if we do not have what you are looking for then we are pretty sure we can get it for you!
What to pack
For tennis players, please note that although tennis racquets are available, you must bring your own non-marking tennis shoes.
For the exercise enthusiast, it is recommended that you bring your favourite exercise clothing and footwear. Proper footwear is recommended for all activities including cycling, walking, jogging, aerobics, stretch classes and yoga.

Yoga has always been one of our core activities and for many guests an integral part of their holiday.
