Welcome to The BodyHoliday’s latest heart-pumping out-door fitness adventure challenge.
Stages and Distances
Stage 1: Bike Ride – mixed terrain (13 km)
Stage 2: Run (4 km)
Stage 3: Rappel/Abseil (100 Ft.)
Stage 4: Sea Kayak (2.5 km)
Leave LeSPORT by mountain bike and ride a 10 km wild challenging dirt trail to the Atlantic beaches of Donkey Beach, and Cotton Bay. From there one crosses back over from the Atlantic to the Caribbean coast at Pigeon Island.
From Pigeon Island the course involves a short run challenge of 4 km that combines the flat with a hill climb. Don’t worry… the hill climb does have its rewards, abseil 100 feet down off a cliff on the far side of Pigeon Island. Then it’s a scramble through the woods down to a remote pebble beach.
Dive into the sea like David Hasselhoff and knock off the short swim out to your Ocean Kayak. Climb aboard and start the 2.5 km endurance kayak back to LeSPORT along the Northern coast line of Saint Lucia.
When you finally step out onto our warm sand, not only will you be part of an exclusive few to have completed the circuit but the team and the crowds will be there to welcome and cheer you on!
The course is designed to be achievable by people with a intermediate fitness level. Sign up for your place today as spaces are limited to 6 guests every week and get your name at the top of the leader-board!

“Being a keen triathlete, I love to participate in any activity on offer and am always looking for that new challenge. This is my second visit to The BodyHoliday and I was delighted to see the addition of the Quadrathon to the program this year. I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism, support and quality of instruction from your bodyguards and activities team in everything I have done and this certainly was no exception. Guided and encouraged well throughout the morning, I refer specifically to the technical and safety information, and demonstration for the abseiling. This potentially is the component that concerns people the most but it was fantastic and everyone felt secure in the knowledge that they were in expert hands and not only completed the event but thoroughly enjoyed it! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new and different challenge, plus it is a great way to see and experience a little more of this beautiful island. Thank you very much”
