Angie Newson

We’re very excited to welcome Angie Newson as our visitng Master for Octoba Yoga. Angie brings over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to The BodyHoliday. She has taught all aspects of fitness during this period and has extensive experience in health club management. Angie was originally trained in yoga with the Iyengar Institute and in Pilates with The Pilates Foundation UK and Physical Mind Institute of Santa Fe.

Angie travels extensively and regularly runs workshops and retreats and teaches students of all ages and abilities. She offers classes in yoga, Pilates and also a fusion of both disciplines, drawing upon her vast experience of different movement styles.

Angie is a health and wellbeing writer and author for Get Fit for Free with Yoga and Pilates published in 2011 by The Reader’s Digest. She also writes regularly for national newspapers and many women’s magazines and is also the Pilates presenter on Sky’s Fitness TV.
