Introduction

Yoga has been at the core of our activity schedule at the resort for many years. It can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. It can reduce anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even help you sleep better.

From 5th October to 2nd November, 2014, we have created a timetable of activities for you that allows you to learn new techniques, hear from experts brought in from around the world and we even complement the special programme of Yoga activities with a bespoke menu of yogic foods.

Whatever your ability Octoba Yoga will be able to accommodate you! Beginners can practice Restorative Yoga and for those who want to acquire more advanced skills, Yoga Flow.
