Grace Van Berkum
Grace is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer. A former international athlete, Yoga has helped Grace correct the injuries and imbalances left after a tough exercise regime. She is passionate about cultivating inner peace, increasing vitality, and preventing disease through conscious eating, exercise, yoga, spirituality, and connecting to nature.
Grace uses the practice and philosophy of yoga to utilize the mind to improve performance in sports and all other aspects of life. She has lead yoga sessions in many locations around the world and credits her combination of education and life experiences for making her a motivating yet compassionate wellness coach. Her goal is to guide you to optimal health so that you can flourish in every moment of your life.
