Food & Drink
Great food and drink are central to our lives and not many things give us greater pleasure than a fabulous meal that is well cooked, using fresh ingredients and eaten in lovely surroundings.
As good diet is one of our four pillars of wellbeing we are choosy about the products that we use. The quality of the food at our four bars and restaurants is important to us. It has to be fresh, beautifully prepared and where we can, we use locally grown products. We even have our own vegetable garden so that the food is as fresh as fresh can be.
So whether you are formally dressed and dining on lobster in the award winning TAO restaurant or half-dressed, sandy and tucking into a sandwich at the beachside Deli: we want to make sure that you are well looked after and enjoying every mouthful.
And, as with everything we do, what you learn here about fuelling your mind and body is meant to last long after you return home. You can now order your copy of The BodyHoliday Food Book, a 240-page coffee table book filled with wellness and beauty tips, recipes and a whole lot more - all yours to enjoy at home.

Dress Code
We don't impose rules on any of our guests at The BodyHoliday but we find that the guests set their own guidelines creating an elegant atmosphere for us all to enjoy.
We find that in both Cariblue and TAO our guests choose to dress up for dinner, the gentlemen preferring trousers and a collared shirt, the ladies dressing up a little more for TAO. In The Clubhouse grill our guests take a more casual approach and elect to wear shorts, tee-shirt and sandals for a more relaxed dining experience.
Whatever you wear, we hope that you enjoy the experience.
