It means the ‘art of living wisely.’ In simple terms, Ayurveda is an holistic system that guides us to live a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. It recognises that we are all unique and focuses on food, lifestyle, specialised massage, yoga retreats and herbal remedies to suit our individual make-up.
We offer a series of Ayurvedic treatments and therapies but if you have any special requirements we will we be only too happy to design a personal programme for you.
