After completing a medical degree in Holistic Medicine from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore, Dr. Abhishek Jain began working with the National Institute of Natural Health at Pune, India. He continued conducting Group Yoga classes for health seekers and gradually developed an interest in Yoga for specific goals. Working as a Yoga Consultant, scientific Yoga techniques were employed for improving ‘Job Presenteeism’ among Executives at Honeywell’s Head Office and enhancing sports specific parameters as ‘focus and concentration’ for sportsmen at Army Sports Institute both at Pune with great success. He then diversified into the Spa and Wellness domain working as an Ayurveda and Lifestyle Consultant and went on to complete his Masters in Health Management from BITS, Pilani – one of India’s leading universities. He then joined a Wellness Services Company to add to this wide experience. Here he managed a well-equipped Wellness Centre and also designed and implemented Yoga for Corporate Houses & on-site Lifestyle Guidance programmes for large industries and conducted customised Wellness workshops for various industry verticals.

Dr. Abhishek Jain is a Senior Leader in our organization and manages the wellness center at The BodyHoliday, LeSPORT. He is also our Indian yoga teacher and has practiced and taught the traditional Hatha Yoga method for over 15 years. His signature ‘Restorative Yoga’ classes embody the sequential practice of sun salutation, asanas, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. The aim of his teachings is to help the disciple achieve higher levels of selfawareness and deeper relaxation. During his ‘Octoba Yoga’ classes, the Special Techniques of Yoga will include ‘Sanskrit Chantings’ or ‘hymns’ that focus on sound and thought; ‘Mind Imagery’ – the mind’s visualisation used to learn to slow down, speed up or stop; ‘Pranic Re-energisation’, or ‘Vital Energy’ – the contemplation on breath and ‘Mantras’ that balances the mind’s alertness and activity levels.


  • Indian Meditative Yoga – Brought to you from the birthplace of Yoga, this unique meditation practice includes 3 types of relaxation and Mind Imagery Technique.
  • Traditional Hatha Restorative Yoga – Taught in Traditional Hatha Yoga style, the class includes breath meditation, beginner’s Yoga poses in 4 series – Standing, Supine, Prone and Sitting interspersed with Relaxation. A deep realaxation ends the session with Mantra chanting.
  • Modern Hatha Yoga – Taught in Modern Hatha Yoga style the class includes advanced breath meditation, advanced Yoga poses in 4 series – Standing, Supine, Prone and Sitting interspersed with Deep Relaxation and Mantra chanting. A pranayama practice ends the class.
