Our Latest COVID-19 Policy and Updates
Following the continuation of the Coronavirus outbreak, COVID-19, worldwide, and in addition to the previously released policy for cancellations we wish to reassure our travel partners that in times of uncertainty the safety and wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority.

RESTRICTIONS FOR TRAVEL AND FACILITIES
Currently as mandated by St Lucia government guests will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 7 days of travel. This will need to be registered online at www.stlucia.org prior to departure. Any guests showing symptoms on arrival will be re-tested and required to remain in quarantine for 24 – 48 hours, or until test results are received. Should this policy change then further
communication will be issued.
Upon opening, all facilities at both BodyHoliday and Rendezvous resorts will be available, although adhering to social distancing and special protocols to ensure the health and safety of both our guests and team members. These protocols will be available in full to view by the end of July 2020 on our dedicated website page at https://www.thebodyholiday.com/covid19/.
TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE – Cancellation Policy for new bookings
Booking window: All bookings made prior to 30th November 2020
Travel Window: 21st December 2021
Cancellation policy: Travel any date in 2020 – 7 Days cancellation
Travel any date in 2021 – 14 Days cancellation
COVID Credit: Should guests not be able to travel due to mandated restrictions such as border lockdown in their country of origin then a credit note for a date move will be issued. We strongly advise all guests to obtain travel insurance to cover any other eventualities, such as positive PCR tests etc within our cancellation policy as the resort will not accept responsibility for losses or offer any reimbursement.
COVID pre-arrival info: Please note that in addition to guest adhering to the government required protocols (https://www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/) guests are also required to provide the resort with a copy of their negative PCR test certificate and to confirm acceptance of our covid protocols within 7 days prior to arrival. This will be requested via our webroom website which is individually personalised to every guest and a link will be sent to each guest on confirmation of their new reservation. For existing reservations links will also be sent to guests to register online via our website.
EXISTING RESERVATIONS POST 1ST OCTOBER 2020
The cancellation policy for any guests already booked and due to arrive post 1st October 2020 until the 30th November 2020, will be extended to 7 days prior to arrival. Following initial deposit, any guests wishing to cancel their reservation will be able to do so with no penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Guests due to arrive prior to the 30th October 2020 that wish to defer their travel and move their date may also be permitted to do so subject to availability of requested dates and must be the same duration and room category as the travel originally booked in order to incur no additional charges. Rebooking between the 21st December 2020 and the 5th January will incur supplemented charges.
