Following the continuation of the Coronavirus outbreak, COVID-19, worldwide, and in addition to the previously released policy for cancellations we wish to reassure our travel partners that in times of uncertainty the safety and wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority.

RESTRICTIONS FOR TRAVEL AND FACILITIES
REOPENING OF BODYHOLIDAY
Following the continued reduction and cancellation of flights from key source destinations, BodyHoliday is currently closed.
We are delighted to announce BodyHoliday will reopen to guests from Thursday 13th May 2021.
Currently as mandated by St Lucia government guests will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 5 days of travel. This will need to be registered online at www.stlucia.org prior to departure. Any guests showing symptoms on arrival will be re-tested and required to remain in quarantine for 24 – 48 hours, or until test results are received. Should this policy change then further
communication will be issued.
Upon opening, all facilities at BodyHoliday will be available, although adhering to social distancing and special protocols to ensure the health and safety of both our guests and team members.
TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE – Cancellation Policy for new bookings
We recognise that choosing to travel during this time can be a difficult decision and to help guests and to support our travel partners our resorts have implemented our Travel with Confidence Policy which will allow any guests making new reservations to have a flexible cancellation policy.
This policy is only applicable to existing or new bookings made until the 31st May 2021 and will be .subject to the terms and conditions of the rate booked
As we are all aware of the uncertainties of the current times, we understand that due to some circumstances out of our control it may not be possible to travel as planned. Under the below highlighted exemptions, should travel need to be cancelled or postponed then we will issue either a full refund or credit note to the value of any deposit / payments made.
Circumstances where the cancellation policy will be waived are as follows:
– Receipt of a positive PCR COVID test result within 7 days prior to arrival
– Country or origin placed on lockdown prohibiting travel
– Any other official government mandate that prohibits travel
FREE COVID-19 RE-ENTRY TESTING
For guests requiring a negative COVID-19 test before returning to their home country, then testing will be provided onsite at BodyHoliday. The rapid antigen test which is accepted in the UK, US and Canada as sufficient evidence for re-entry, will be provided to all guests FREE OF CHARGE. If further PCR testing is required, then this will be charged at $200 US per person. All tests will be conducted within 72 hours prior to departure and will be co-ordinated by our team of resident nurses.
COST OF QUARRANTINE STAYS
In the very unlikely event a guest is confirmed as positive then provisions for the mandatory 14 day quarantine will be provided at the respective resort. For any extension to the original departure date that may be required to complete this quarantine period, a minimal charge of $200 per guest per night will be levied, to be paid by the guest on departure.
