Our Latest COVID-19 Policy and Updates
Following the continuation of the Coronavirus outbreak, COVID-19, worldwide, and in addition to the previously released policy for cancellations we wish to reassure our travel partners that in times of uncertainty the safety and wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority.

RESTRICTIONS FOR TRAVEL AND FACILITIES
Currently as mandated by St Lucia government guests will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 5 days of travel. This will need to be registered online at www.stlucia.org prior to departure. Any guests showing symptoms on arrival will be re-tested and required to remain in quarantine for 24 – 48 hours, or until test results are received. Should this policy change then further communication will be issued. You can see more information and full guidance on our protocols page.
All facilities at BodyHoliday are available, although adhering to social distancing and special protocols to ensure the health and safety of both our guests and team members.

TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE UPDATE
We recognize that choosing to travel during this time can be a difficult decision and to help guests and to support our travel partners our resorts continue to offer our Travel with Confidence Policy which will allow any guests making new reservations to have reassurance when booking.
For guests with existing reservations made before 31st July 2021, for any future arrival date, the policies that were in place at the time of reservation, or as previously communicated, will continue to be honoured. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
For reservations made from 1st August 2021, for arrival dates through 31st August 2021, we will allow the reservation to be changed up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations with prepaid rates will be subject to the terms and conditions of the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
For new reservations booked on or after 1st August 2021, for arrival dates on or after 1st September 2021/ for any arrival dates, reservations will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of the reservation.
For cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival, or failure to show up without a valid reason, the Resort’s standard cancellation policy will apply, whereby the Resort has the right to charge for the full length of stay. If there is a request to cancel a reservation within 48 hours due to any of the below exemptions, please contact reservations.
Circumstances where the cancellation policy will be waived are as follows:
- Receipt of a positive PCR COVID test result within 5 days prior to arrival
- Country of origin placed on lockdown prohibiting trave
- Any other official government mandate that prohibits trave
FREE COVID-19 RE-ENTRY TESTING
For guests requiring a negative COVID-19 test before returning to their home country, then testing will be provided onsite at both BodyHoliday and Rendezvous resorts. The rapid antigen test which is accepted in the UK, US, and Canada as sufficient evidence for re-entry, will be provided to all guest FREE OF CHARGE. If further PCR testing is required, then this will be charged at $200 US per person. All tests will be conducted within 72 hours prior to departure and will be co-ordinated by our team of resident nurses.
COST OF QUARRANTINE STAYS
In the very unlikely event, a guest is confirmed as positive then provisions for the mandatory 14-day quarantine will be provided at the respective resort. For any extension to the original departure date that may be required to complete this quarantine period, a minimal charge of $200 per guest per night will be levied, to be paid by the guest on departure.
PROTOCOLS FOR FULLY VACCINATED GUESTS
Any guest arriving who has had the last dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or a one-dose vaccine at least two weeks (14 days) prior to travel will now be allowed to explore St Lucia and are not required to quarantine and remain onsite. Island protocols of mask-wearing and physical distancing must still be adhered to and the wristband issue on entry must be worn at all times.
