Cariblue Restaurant
Overlooking sand and sea, Cariblue’s breezy atmosphere makes it perfect for casual dining. Relaxed and sociable, with seating for two or more as well as large communal tables for mixing, Cariblue is where guests gather for breakfast, lunch or dinner.



At lunch and dinner, menus offer daily selections that span Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican, Italian and island specialties, and also feature an extensive wine list.
Casual day dress for breakfast and lunch; Casual evening dress for dinner. Cariblue opens for breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Last dinner seating is at 9:30 p.m.
