Am I thinner? Not much. But I am fitter, bouncier, less afraid of early mornings. Since I returned, I’ve restarted jogging, I am less extreme in how I approach food, and I am counting the pennies so that I can make sure I can return soon. Best of all? I use them every day on the job when I feel overwhelmed or just want to calm down and it works far better than counting to ten!

Teaching our retreat guests all of this and more is our goal at our retreats.
