Cardio Spinning Studio at The BodyHoliday

So many of our guests take the chance to really throw themselves into our classes – often making up for lost time! Whether you fancy a hard spinning session, a one to one with an instructor or a full programme of activities based on a personal plan, we can accommodate you.

All of the following classes are included in your BodyHoliday.

Body Burn

The Cardio class is a freestyle combination of low and high impact aerobic movements, providing options throughout.

Step This Way

A basic, mid-intensity step workout, combined with lower body conditioning exercises.

Martial Fun

Combining various martial arts and boxing movements to produce a real stress and calorie busting workout.

beach_fitA challenging workout on the sand combining both cardiovascular and bodyweight resistance exercises to produce an allover body blitz!

beach fitThis is a much less intense version of our Beach Fitness class. It involves a combination of power walking, dynamic stretching, and bodyweight exercises. A great way to wake your body up and start the day.

Body Spin/Body Spin Max

A 40-minute (Body Spin) / 55-minute (Body Spin Max) indoor cycling experience. If you are new to indoor cycling, be warned – you may get hooked! BODYSPIN and BODYSPIN MAX are the ultimate calorie burning rides, sign up for your first class today!

Spinning028A 30 minute introduction to indoor cycling. Arrive 5-10 minutes early so your instructor can get you set up correctly on the bike.

running-clubA choice of two runs. A 4.5mile run that takes you to one of St. Lucia’s National Heritage sites – Pigeon Island. Or adventure over to the Atlantic side of the island over a slightly hilly 4 miles.
