Advance Open Water Course: This course certifies you to dive up to 100ft/33m. It entails five dives, two of which are compulsory (i.e. Deep Dive and Navigation Dive) and the other three are chosen by the student and the instructor (some of the choices include; Boat Dive, Drift Dive, Fish ID, Photography Dive, Peak Performance Buoyance Dive, Wreck Dive, Night Dive & Naturalist Dive). It also has the theoretical aspect where the student reads five (5) chapters of the Advance Open Water Manual (this is dependent on the dives selected). This course would be completed over a 2-3 day period. As an advanced diver you will become more confident in different types of dives and the course is designed to improve your overall diving skills. Two Tank Dive – A good look at the colorful corals and varying species of fish at two different dive sites is definitely attractive to fans of the underwater world. This is what we offer during our two tank dives to certified divers who sign up for this trip. A taxi will transport you to the Landings marina which is ten minutes away where you will board our 46’ Newton boat for the trip, or we may board from the shore conditions permitting. Snacks, Drinks and towels are offered as part of the package. Trip goes out on Mondays from 9am to 1pm and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. US$120
Single Tank Dives – One dive on a reef just minutes away from the resort ensuring you don’t miss too many of the resort’s activities. Certified divers who wish to spend minimum time away from the resort or enjoy a different dive sit than our shore dive may join our single tank Boat Dive on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:45pm to 3:30 p.m. US$75

Shore Dives – Body Holiday is privileged to have a beautiful reef along the shore line of our beautiful Cariblue beach. Certified dived are free to sign up for this dive. We offer shore dives on Sundays at 2:45pm to 4pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1:45pm to 3pm. (Complementary)
Night Dives – We are lucky to have the coral reef just off shore at Cariblue beach so it only takes minutes to be on site where you can see sting-rays, crabs, eagle-rays, octopus, Spanish lobsters, squid, starfish and puffers just to name a few. Night time wonders can also include “Bioluminescence” a reaction that occurs within certain types of plankton (microscopic sea creatures) that causes them to emit light. US$77
Rescue Diver Course: This course qualifies you to carry out self-rescue or rescuing someone else. The theory part entails reading a small manual that comes as part of the course. The theory part may be done at home prior to your vacation. This course would be completed over a period of 3 days or less. The skills learnt in this course is invaluable as it not only enables you to help a diver who is in need of help, but it also makes you more attentive to your dive environment and your dive gear. To achieve this certification you must also be First Aid Certified which can be done at home, prior to your course or here at the resort. USD$450.00 Rescue Diver Course plus 1st Aid/CPR 615.00. Please note that Advance Open Water certification is a prerequisite for this course.
Master Scuba Diver: This certification is the highest nonprofessional rating for a Diver. This entails attaining five PADI specialties. This course is ideal for individuals who do not intend on becoming a PADI professional, however wishes to improve their skills further and achieve a highly recognized rating. It will be completed over a period of 4 to 6 days, depending on the Specialties selected. The price is dependent on the specialties selected. Please note that Rescue Diver certification is a prerequisite for this course.
Dive Master: This is the first PADI professional rating and most sought after. This course will improve your dive skills and education to a whole new level as you will cover the physics and physiology behind diving amongst other key aspects covered. As a dive master you will become part of the PADI family, be able to plan and lead dive and assist PADI Instructors with PADI certifications. USD $1100.00. Please note that Rescue Diver certification is a prerequisite for this course.
Assistant Instructor: This is the second PADI professional rating and a great way to complete the first step towards PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. The course reviews a lot of the material learnt in the PADI Dive Master course and introduces each participant to the teaching aspect of diving. Price on request.
