Healthy Nutritional Smoothies by Doug Swenson Part 1

This past October, we had the pleasure of hosting Doug Swenson at BodyHoliday, a master yoga practitioner, philosopher, poet, writer, and dedicated health advocate.  He began his study of yoga in 1963, and his unique approach to yoga includes all aspects of enhanced nutrition and cross-training.

One of the workshops that he conducted while here at BodyHoliday was to teach how to make healthy nutritional smoothies. This is the part 1 of his healthy smoothies, they are easy to recreate at home and can help start your day in a healthy way.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
