Matt trained in Oxford in the UK, studying a four year, Masters Level University degree. He believes strongly in the importance of accurate diagnosis to allow safe, appropriate, and effective treatment.

Using a mixture of manual techniques to stretch; move; massage; or otherwise effect the body, as well as prescribing specific exercises, effectively helping restore normal function to body: improving movement, speeding healing, and reducing pain.
Although many people visit Osteopaths due to the presence of pain, Matt often also works with people to improve their mobility, sporting performance, or helping to prevent the recurrence of an old issue, through improved range and quality of movement, or by identifying areas of weakness.
