Anthony Lynch: Guest Presenter
Anthony has been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years.
He has held many roles in the fitness industry across various countries – fitness instructor, gym manager, personal trainer, owner of one of the top training facilities in Ireland, lecturer and master coach.
Anthony has trained celebrities and sports stars from across the UK and Ireland.
Anthony has appeared on numerous tv shows and has held regular slots on radio shows. Anthony regularly records workout segments for Ireland’s top entertainment websites.
Anthony is qualified in Poliquin Strength & Conditioning, S.A.Q , Agatsu Kettlebells, Indoor Cycling, Boxfit, Circuits, Animal Flow, Zuu and Ankorr training. He is also a Freemotion Master Coach.
Anthony travels the world training fitness staff for gyms and hotels, including the staff here at The Body Holiday Resort.
His taglines are “No space. No equipment. No problem” and “Anytime, Anywhere”. Anthony endorses this by filming short bodyweight workouts all over the world, in various unique locations and spaces, proving that the lack of time, equipment or space shouldn’t be a problem. He posts these on his various social media platforms and also sends them to his clients.
He has created a bespoke Online Personal Training Course, which is currently being rolled out globally.
He has climbed Everest Base Camp and Kilimanjaro, has competed in numerous triathlons, taken part in marathons and adventure races and loves all things sport and fitness related.
Anthony does a lot of work for charity, including free school programmes for children to teach them more about fitness and works with The Olive Foundation to raise money and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. He is currently mentoring underprivileged teenagers to become personal trainers, so that he can give them the tools to create better lives for themselves.
