Kestin Greco: Resident Yogi
Kestin Greco is a proud Graduate from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Bahamas where she was trained under the guidance of Swami Brahmananda; She then graduated from the Yoga Skills School of Kemetic Yoga in Jamaica where she trained under Yisrer Ra Hotep Master Instructor and his superb international teaching faculty. She has knowledge in chanting, Meditation and psychology of yoga. Kestin also had the privilege of working along side Doug Swenson a true master in the yoga community.
Kestin classes are powerful and heartfelt; she likes to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with Yoga and hope that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Sivananda Yoga: Level 1&2
This Practice establishes Physiological Balance and secures mental poise through its scientifically- designed series of Asanasa and pranayama. This class involves 12 basic posturers, longer holding of postures, pranayama at end of class, and 12 basic sun salutation complimented with savanasa at the beginning, in-between Asanasa and to the end.

Kemetic Yoga :level 1&2
Is the ancient Egyptian system of yoga enlightenment based on the practices of Physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing and meditation. In this session we will be going through a series of geometrically progressive postures that create alignment of the spinal column and corrects defects in the skeletal muscular system in order to increase blood circulation, nutrient and oxygen supply to the body.
