Tuna Cooked to Perfection
Summer Tuna with Garden Vegetables

This tuna recipe is perfect as a healthy starter on a summer day. The fresher the tuna, the better the taste!

Summer Tuna with Garden Vegetables (serves 4)

  • 4-5oz. Fresh tuna
  • 1 oz. Sesame seeds
  • 4tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 oz. White cabbage
  • 1 oz. Red bell pepper
  • 1 oz. Tomatoes
  • 7 Olives
  • 3 oz. Avocado
  • 1 oz. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 oz. Granulated sugar
  • 50g Pesto



Marinate the tuna with olive oil and sesame seeds and sear all sides.

Vegetables are to remain fresh and cut to desired shape and size.

Simmer balsamic vinegar with 1 oz. granulated sugar until it becomes gooey and use as contrast for plate. Pesto can be used on the plate as a sauce or vegetable margination.

Slice tuna into medallions, then arrange on plate alongside vegetables. Serve and enjoy.
