Caribbean Supyoga/Yinyoga Wellness Retreat

Leading the retreat will be our good friend and Yogi, Natascha Zeller. The retreat Natascha has designed will consist of daily morning sup yoga on secluded and sheltered Cariblue Bay.

Each evening, on the yoga deck, also right on the water’s edge, you will enjoy Yin Yoga Meditation sessions.

The retreat package includes everything that any guest at BodyHoliday expects. Luxury accommodations and a full and varied wellness programme with land sports, water sports, fitness classes and daily therapeutic cares.

For a little more serious guidance, the BodyScience Clinic designs personalised journeys such as weight management and digestive health. As an optional extra, you could immerse yourself in an Ayurvedic experience.

We recognise “restorative beauty” as one of the pillars of well-being, so”EVE”, our gorgeous skin clinic, could be the icing on the cake.
