INSPIRATIONAL SAINT LUCIA
Simply Beautiful
A perfect jewel in the Caribbean Sea, Saint Lucia is one of the Windward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, that trail down in a curve from the larger West Indian islands like a pearl necklace. Saint Lucia is arguably also one of the most beautiful. Lush with tropical rainforest and rimmed with powder sand beaches, this small island–measuring 27 miles long by 14 miles wide–is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and its Pitons; two mountain peaks listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Its distinct setting is also home to a rich heritage of Carib, African, French and English cultures, and a local cuisine that blends West Indian, Creole and French tastes.
BodyHoliday is here. Set on the northwest tip of the island on acrescent of Cariblue Beach, surrounded by 42 acres of tropical gardens, it is minutes from exploring Saint Lucia’s many natural wonders and its unique cultural flair.
Whilst you are here with us, we’d love to share the beauty of our inspirational island nation with you. We can recommend a number of tours and excursions. And for the more adventurous we offer “Walk on the Wild Side” which is our soft adventure programme. WOTWS opens up the possibility to engage in physically challenging activities and to explore the island as well.

At the summit, you will revel in the magnificent, breath-taking views.

Piton Nature Walk
If the idea of climbing to the top of Gros Piton seems impossible, why not walk this Nature Trail instead? Located between the iconic Pitons this scenic nature trail is heavenly. You will enjoy the same spectacular views from high up without all the hard work as the car park is 3/4 of the way up the hill. The walk is guided by friendly, knowledgeable locals and takes around 45 minutes to complete. You will learn about St. Lucian culture, history, and exotic horticulture. After the walk you will take a short drive to Piton Falls where warm mineral water cascades 30 feet into a pool below. The warm waters from the three mineral pools below the Falls will make for an ideal rest stop after your walk.
