Inspiration for our three menus derive from Mosimann’s signature dishes, using the freshest Saint Lucian ingredients from our on-site garden.
Nick Hebdich, Executive Head Chef of Mosimann’s at Guards Polo Club in Windsor, combines the philosophy of I-TAL cuisine and healthy Cuisine Naturelle, originally created by Anton Mosimann, to create the perfect harmony between body, mind, soul and food.
Mosimann’s started in 1988 at The Belfry, a 200 year old Presbytarian Church, by two star Michelin Chef Anton Mosimann, subsequently creating an events catering company a year later.
In 2000, Mosimann’s was awarded the Royal Warrant for Catering Services to HRH The Prince of Wales. Mosimann’s opened at the Guards Polo Club in 2016.
