All of this can be supported by having healthy food at our different venues and enjoying a farm to table experience in our new restaurant Ital, where you can turn a vegan meal into a beautiful experience and spectacle.

BodyHoliday addresses health in a personalized way, focusing on relaxation, restorative beauty, exercise and healthy food. One of the ways that we can help is by having an in-house BodyHoliday Health Specialist who can sit down and assist in planning your holiday based on your specific vacation and health goals. With over 170 treatments to choose from it can be hard to know what’s best for your health, but with the help and guidance of our Specialist, it is much easier to enhance your vacation and achieve your relaxation, fitness, and rejuvenation goals.

Some health goals can be addressed through evidence-based recommendations making use of practical exercise and nutrition programs. Through a combination of consultations, workshops, and healthy cooking classes we make the transition to a more youthful lifestyle fun and exciting.

For those that have tried it all, we also have the option of booking an “optimal health consultation” in our BodyScience Clinic with our Ayurvedic Doctor. Through specialized non-invasive tests, traditional yoga, breathing techniques, and different types of meditation, our guests leave the resort feeling physically and emotionally stronger and healthier.

Our master practitioners also support our quest for the optimal level of wellness through their unique insight to healthcare and spiritual therapies, from our Bhutanese practitioner to our resident osteopaths who facilitate deep relaxation, healing, and connection of body and mind.

To top off our BodyHoliday wellness and mindfulness programs, we always recommend including land and water activities where the mind can be at ease, and relaxed, enjoying nature and seizing the moment.

Finally, we are so serious about wellness that we have also launched a new retreat program where you can select a week-long retreat, based on one of five themes and your personal health goals (yoga, weight loss, cleanse and detox retreat, Vedic, de-stress & mindfulness) all under the Caribbean sun.
