You have the opportunity to learn from the best sailors in the world at Spring Sail while enjoying a world-class all-inclusive wellness resort. There is something for everyone, from introductory lessons for novice sailors to competitive regattas for more seasoned sailors.
BodyHoliday offers the ideal setup for both the experienced sailor and those just beginning their voyage of discovery around this exhilarating sport. This includes 4 Hobie Cat boats, a J/24, and two X-Treme 26 racing yachts, “Blue” and “Reef.”

Sophie Ainsworth has built a high-performance sailing career defined by precision, resilience, and sharp tactical awareness. Progressing through the British Sailing Team pathway, she made her mark early at international youth level before stepping into senior competition with confidence.
In 2012, Sophie secured the European Championship title in the 470 class, establishing herself among Britain’s leading sailors. She went on to represent Great Britain at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in the 49erFX class, competing against the world’s best. Alongside her racing career, Sophie brings a clear, disciplined approach shaped by her background in sport and exercise science.
James Peters

James Peters has carved out his own thrilling path in the world of competitive sailing. Joining the British Sailing Team in 2012, he quickly emerged as a standout talent with a fierce competitive spirit and an exceptional technical instinct on the water.
During the Rio 2016 cycle, he served as a key training partner, sharpening his skills against some of the best sailors in the world. James’ determination propelled him into a powerful partnership with Fynn Sterritt, where his leadership and strategic brilliance helped secure back-to-back World Cup gold medals in 2018 and 2019,
earned on the very waters that would later host the Olympic Games. Their dominant performances pushed James to world No. 1 status heading into the original Tokyo 2020 cycle-a testament to his relentless drive and world-class ability.
