WellFit Tribes is a Fitness month that encompasses all aspects of the resort. You can expect to; develop your physical fitness, strength and stamina with our unique Beach Boot Camps instructed by visiting Olympians, gain mental focus and clarity through Yoga presented by International Teachers and learn new skills such as first aid CPR, basic sailing and even healthy cooking.
Take a walk on the wild side and challenge yourself on the obstacles of our brand-new outdoor fitness trail or even take the ultimate challenge of the BodyHoliday Quadrathlon. Combine your week’s training and competitive spirit with the final event, the Saturday afternoon Tribe versus Staff Beach tournament. Well-Fit Tribes has it all!

Jade Jones OBE is one of Great Britain’s most celebrated athletes, renowned for her remarkable achievements in Taekwondo and her recent transition to professional boxing. Hailing from Flint, Wales, Jade made history as Team GB’s youngest Olympic Champion at the London 2012 Olympic Games and went on to successfully defend her title at Rio 2016, becoming Team GB’s youngest-ever two-time Olympic Champion
A multiple World and European Champion, Jade has established herself as one of the most successful athletes in combat sports. Known for her speed, precision, resilience, and competitive spirit, she has inspired millions through her dedication to excellence and her ability to perform at the highest level on the world stage.
In 2025, Jade announced her retirement from Taekwondo to pursue a new challenge in professional boxing, bringing the same determination and discipline that defined her Olympic success. Beyond her sporting achievements, she is a passionate advocate for women in sport and a role model for aspiring athletes around the world. Twice named BBC Wales Sports Personality of the Year and honoured with an OBE for services to Taekwondo, Jade is widely regarded as one of Wales’ greatest sporting icons.
Ashleigh Nelson

Ashleigh Nelson is a four-time Olympian who has represented Great Britain on the world stage in both athletics and bobsleigh. Originally a sprinter, she competed internationally for almost two decades and established herself as one of Britain’s most accomplished and respected sprinters.
She made her Olympic debut at just 17 years old at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and went on to represent Team GB at multiple Olympic Games throughout her athletics career. Her achievements include Commonwealth Gold in 2022, World Championship Silver in 2019, and numerous medals across European, Commonwealth, and World Championships.
Individually, Ashleigh made history as the first British woman in 40 years to win a bronze medal in the women’s 100m at the European Championships.
Following her distinguished sprinting career, she transitioned into bobsleigh, representing Team GB at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, and becoming only the second British woman in history to compete at both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
