BodyHoliday transforms into the ultimate yoga retreat in October, making it a truly restorative getaway. The month-long program of activities, directed by seasoned teachers, offers limitless lessons from sunrise to sunset, featuring Hatha, Ashtanga, Shanthi, and Katti yoga and meditation classes. It is intended for everyone from beginners to more experienced practitioners. The vacation also includes a variety of unique massage and therapeutic treatments at The Wellness Centre, as well as a special menu of yogic foods and teas served at restaurants throughout the resort.

Julien Alfred is an Olympic Gold Medallist and one of the most exciting sprint athletes on the world stage today. Born and raised in Castries, Saint Lucia, her journey began on the island’s local tracks, where her natural talent, discipline, and determination quickly set her apart.

She rose through the ranks of international athletics through standout performances at youth and collegiate level, including her time at the University of Texas, where she established herself as one of the leading sprinters in NCAA history. Her career has been defined by record-breaking performances, major championship success, and a historic Olympic gold medal that has made her a national icon in Saint Lucia and a source of inspiration across the Caribbean.
