There are several variations of the art of yoga. At The BodyHoliday, the Yoga we offer can be classified in three ways:
- Firstly by type of practice - we offer traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Vinyasa, Relaxation classes, Meditation and Indian Meditative yoga.
- Secondly we offer yoga for therapeutic benefits such as hip openers to improve flexibility; Yoga On-the-Ball for postural correction; traditional Hatha and Restorative yoga to relieve stress; Ashtanga for weight loss; Relaxation and Meditation to improve sleep quality, mental efficiency and regain hormonal balance.
- Thirdly by skill level. We offer full spectrum by skill level ranging from basic introductory yoga, through intermediate level and up to fairly advance level.

Individual and Group Sessions
One to one personalised sessions are available for individuals or small groups, and these are based on the needs and inclinations of the guest(s) to suit their skill levels.
