Learn, Eat, & Enjoy At Our Farm-to-Table Restaurant
I-TAL, standing for “Vital” in the Rastafarian culture, is a plant-based diet principally intended to improve health and energy. Based on the lifestyle and culinary choice of Rastafarians in the Carribean, it centers around the philosophy that a natural diet focused on the vitamins and minerals available in plants, without harming animals, can enhance one’s life and help bring them closer to the universal life force energy in Mind, Body, and Spirit.
The I-TAL restaurant with its organic garden is tucked behind Coubaril Valley, sitting amongst the trees on top of a beautiful hillside. We invite you to discover a world of organic gardening and to experience lunch or dinner with a panoramic view of Cariblue Bay. Enjoy a different culture with a sustainable meal that is equally healthy, nutritious, and organically grown—completely natural and filled with all the nutrients to fuel the body, mind, and soul.



The I-TAL Experience
Your I-TAL journey begins with a guided walk through our sloping hillside oasis, led by our gardeners (comfortable footwear is advised). Our organic garden is a diverse polyculture of local and exotic edible plants and fruit trees. You will learn about the benefits of our crops, which are then prepared before your eyes at the I-TAL Restaurant (subject to seasonal availability).
As fresh aromas fill the air, our Chef and culinary team are happy to explain the flavour profiles of each dish, allowing you to experience how nourishing food can also delight the senses.
Lunch at I-TAL (11:00 a.m.) includes a guided garden tour and interactive food preparation.
Sunset at I-TAL (5:00 p.m.) features a shorter tour and dining experience.
Available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (minimum 4 guests).
Supplement applies: US$75pp (Lunch), US$90pp (Dinner).
From November 1st to January 31st, evening garden tours operate earlier due to seasonal light changes. Pick-up is at 4:45 p.m. for tour guests and 5:15 p.m. for direct restaurant transfers.
